Tumble Bears is our pre-school program lesson plans are on 8 basic gymnastics positions: Pike, v-sit, Butterfly, Squat, Bridge and Tightbody or "Ta-Da" and follow progressions for your child to learn quickly and effectively. Each class focuses on a new position and practices a new skill with incentives that help them take pride in their new accomplishments. Classes are taught on colorful mats made to suit our pint-size students.
Koala Bears:Parent-N-Me Program 2 1/1 - 3 year old Wear your workout clothes as you and your child learn gymnastics and play together in various exercise activities. Our main goal in this class is to have fun while exploring a wide variety of movement concepts and skills in a safe and positive learning environment. (45 minutes class)
Black Bears:This class is for 3 year olds ready to leave Mom and be on their own in a class. Parents may stay and watch or leave the premises. Students can be new to gymnastics or advance from our Mommy-n-Me program. Our main goal for this level is to have fun while learning basic gymnastics positions and skills. (45 minute class)
Teddy Bears: 4 & 5 year olds This level will focus on having the children begin to master basic skills, such as cartwheels, bridges and handstands. These skills and techniques will be taught with and without speciality mats. All 5 year olds will be prepared for our after school programs. (1 hour class)
